My AirDNA dash shows "week-starting" Sunday, and my Airbnb dash is "week-starting" Monday. I am asking for the AirDNA "week-starting" day to be variable, so as I am able to select Monday to better align my calendars as I compare the two sites side-by-side on a split screen.

Hello, I have two vacation rental properties in Pisco - Peru and according to the information in Airdna, the revenue is totally disproportionate with my real revenue. Could you please help me on clarify this information?

I recently had a situation where my guest cancelled and I was unable to update my AirBNB calendar immediately to reflect the AirDNA recommended rate. Ultimately, I would like to see both the booked price and what the current recommended price is for comparison, and to prevent having to wait for the data to be scraped 24 hours later.

Something is wrong with the My Property widget as it is not updating with information on how my property is performing vs. average. It is already mid-July and the market data is still not available for May. It is unacceptable how long it takes for this information to populate. This widget is extremely important for me to monitor my performance vs. my metro market performance overall. I understand if it takes a week or two after the period end to calculate but taking over a month is not acceptable.

For say LA can you show entire occupancy ranking of neighborhoods (filtered by number of bed rooms)

Could you PLEASE change the color, white blue to dark blue to 2 different color. There are people that are slightly colorblind

This is more of a market health barometer, but showing a line of nnbwm (number of nights booked" in the whole market) / nna (number of nights available in the whole market). Or nnbwm / nla (number of listings available). This would be month/month or even week/week.

Please add Days Available to Top Ten properties to make sense of values and occupancy %. Would also be VERY useful if you could find top ten properties for specific areas of map, not just Neighbourhood.

I would like to view the map of active properties in list format, and still be able to filter by property type and bedroom count.

It is impossible to compare properties when hovering over them and seeing only total revenue and a % occupancy without knowing how many days the property was actually available. This is especially important when running the top properties which then does not list the occupancy %, only revenue.
